We interviewed 47 candidates for an administrative coordinator position and afterward we had to fire our favorite candidate. Then Elise said, "How come Kyra has never missed a single week editing despite having five kids under 11, but a childless 20something doesn't make it three months? Can we hire Kyra for admin too?"
